Pilates Movements Yoga Vs Pilates, In Terms Of Results?

Yoga vs Pilates, in terms of results? - pilates movements

I understand the difference between the movements of yoga and Pilates, but is there a difference in the results can you expect from them? I refer to the physical result - some make it louder or softer or more tones, etc.? Trying to decide which to follow.

I have both. Pilates gives you faster results, a body is more attenuated, burned more calories. Yoga is slower, but it increases your flexibility and helps to relax (which is good for people who eat in response to stress, for example). Do what you said another respondent. Try both, I Pilates first (because it's a little easier to do) for a month. Then you try yoga and see what is best for you and your needs.

Personally, I prefer Pilates. Yoga offers stretching and relaxation exercises, meditation, Pilates, were also the skills and efforts to burn the calories.

Incidentally, I published a short essay and a little humor, satire on yoga. Enjoy reading this. See the link below into Origins.
