By design, I'm assuming you mean in terms of technology. Every career in the technology, even at the lowest entry requires good knowledge of mathematics.
I do not want to burst your bubble, but it will do so in the engineering field, at all levels if you have superior skills in mathematics average.
I speak from personal experience. I'm not so great either mathematics Trig just ended. I was editor of the entry point for an architectural firm. Finally, I left because he did not keep pace with the fast work progress.
